1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, such as new drops or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

  • Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days via USPS or another standard carrier.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or drops.


4. Delivery Issues

  • Retaliation Department is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly or file a claim.


5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


6. International Shipping
