Return & Exchange Policy
Retaliation Department

At Retaliation Department, every product represents a powerful story of purpose, perseverance, and success. Because of the nature of our limited-edition drops and custom production, we do not offer refunds.

However, we do accept exchanges in size under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • You must initiate your exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@retaliationgarments.shop with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you need.

  2. Once approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out the new size.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on inventory availability.

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the size you need is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
